This letter is to provide notice that, as of January 17, 2024, I will no longer be providing medical care at 1203 Welby Court, Laredo, Texas 78041. However, I am pleased to inform you that Dr. Andres Garcia Zuniga, Internal Medicine, has acquired my medical practice and will be taking over clinical duties for all patients as of that date. I am confident that he will provide you with the same level of care and attention that I have strived to maintain during my tenure.
